If an applicant wants to change his or her Indian visa regulations, then he or she needs to give advance notice, but maybe it will be poorly advertised and inconsistently enforced by the department. So, you are advised not to do so when you are in India.
The travelers are requested to check the Indian Embassy website before doing or requesting any changes on their Indian visa. However, it can be obtained in the Cox and Kings Global Services (CKGS), the Government of India’s visa corrector.
